McKenna Jansson

 

Welcome to first grade. As we start the year, we will review what was learned in kindergarten – but as the year progresses you will see many changes in your students’ abilities! I believe all children can learn in a caring and supportive environment. I thoroughly love being a teacher and consider it a privilege to work with you and your children. I am excited to partner with you as we embark on this journey.

Here’s a little more about me. I graduated from Kansas State University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree. This will be my 11th year of teaching in the Spring Hill School District. My husband and I have been married for 10 years. He is a doctor at KU. We have one lab named Milo. We have 2 boys, Harrison, 6 and Cooper, 3. When I am not teaching, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, relaxing, and watching sports!
