Hello from the Discovery Lab! Students at WCES are always excited to visit their specials each day. In Mrs. Dickerson's Discovery Lab, they have the opportunity to explore the world of computers and technology.
Once a week, students head to the computer lab where they focus on developing skills that allow them to "Discover" how to learn and create using technology.
Since the start of the year, they've been engaged in activities such as practicing their typing skills with Typing Club, exploring coding, and more. By equipping our students with essential computer skills, we're not only helping them navigate today's digital devices but also laying a strong foundation for them to understand and harness future technologies.
