Wranglers Show Kindness - Random Acts of Kindness Day

February 17 is Random Acts of Kindness Day. At Wolf Creek, kindness is shown around our school each and every day! Here are just a few ways that kindness shines!

On the 100th day of school, one third grade class challenged themselves to raise 100 cans of food to show that they are 100 days smarter AND kinder! They collected 69 cans of food and 14 items of warmth for the Spring Hill Food Pantry! What a kind way of celebrating the 100th day of school!

Several of our Thursday morning Crews have been busy finding ways to show kindness! During their recent crew time, the Community Service Club created Valentines for staff members and decorated the building with kindness hearts. The Welcome Crew has started greeting students at Friday Morning Opening. And the Shining Surfaces Crew has found ways to spruce up our school. All of these activities help spread kindness throughout our school.

Throughout the school year, Mrs. Pratt has been working with students in guidance lessons on friendship skills - what being a friend looks like, sounds like, and feels like. She has also focused on conflict resolution skills. All of these help our students in their relationships with one another and help spread kindness in the world.

We are very proud of how all of our Wranglers show kindness throughout the year!
